Return/ Refund Policy

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. After we confirm that your item is eligible for return, please ship the product back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will provide you with instructions.
